Apparently Symphonie has been open for 12 years! I'm so out of the loop when it comes to Filipino food. Thankfully I follow @fmedeats :-)

I confused Symphonie with Herb and Spice which was also in the "financial district" & also had Filipino food which I visited before the Pandemic.

Please support your favourite small non mainstream restaurant even if it isn't Filipino :-)
