Day 2 of the Three Rivers Arts Festival! A strong storm came through yesterday afternoon down at the Arts Festival! Some vendors who were on the 9th street bridge had their tents actually blow off into the river! Luckily my daughter is on the main boulevard but they still had to hold on for dear life for a little bit! Hopefully today's weather is better!#
