Dave was talking about his Google Messages from his Pixel 4a doesn't work on his new iPhone 13. I thought I too was using Google Messages. Turns out I never did install Google Messages on my Galaxy Note 8. I do have both Google Messages and Samsung Messages on my other Galaxy A52, defaulting to the former.#

Personally, I don't use much of the "rich" image/videos features on either of Google/Samsung messages apps. I'm instead usually either using WhatsApp or Telegram for my "rich" messages, mainly because those are the two platforms most of my socmed friends are. Unfortunately some other friends are on other platforms, hence the many apps in my messaging folder, on the right.#
