I hate that YouTube munge clear text URLs in video description. YouTube (1) added redirects to the URL and (2) truncate the display texts of the URL. It made it very hard to copy the Sources links for further reading.#- A quick
ctrl-shift-i, copy html element, segue into RegExr to polish some regular expressions for searching/replacing the html element string, and I got back the raw sources URL. But that's still way too many steps that YouTube forced me to do. 👹#
