Just got a brand new NAD 6300 tape deck from 1986. Listening to a prerecorded Guardians of the Galaxy Awesome Mix. Holy moly this thing sounds amazing.
feedland.org#Listening through the craziest chain. NAD 6300 cassette deck into TAC-8 Thunderbolt audio interface, using Logic Pro input monitoring, run through a Waves plugin which reproduces in binaural audio the acoustics of the actual Abbey Road studio mixing room, via Denon D7200 headphones. It’s analog, it’s digital. Have spent no time tuning, calibrating or aligning. Sounds amazing.
feedland.org#Now to figure out the easiest way to get these posts into my Drummer blog.
feedland.org#Looks like the easiest way to get the posts from my FeedLand feed into Drummer is to just subscribe to my feed in Drummer by creating an RSS node, double-clicking it, and then copy-pasting the refreshed posts into my blog. Not so bad. Getting closer to my ideal scenario of being able to update my Drummer blog with quick thoughts from the phone.
