- I’ve finally replaced my original model iPad with something more modern, the big iPad Pro. I think I might be able to use Drummer pretty well with it, which means I don’t need a laptop just yet. #
- Use a keyboard. Use a keyboard with a trackpad. Mouseover affordances won’t work so you’ll need to remember what the icons do.#
- Assign ESC to the globe key. Everybody needs an escape.#
- If you increase the font size in the browser, close most of your open Drummer documents, otherwise the screen will jump around as it switches between “not saved” and “saved”.#
- Seriously, you will go insane if you don’t use a trackpad. With a trackpad you can drag nodes around on the outline, which is critical because things like command-R for move right will refresh the page instead.#
